Those familiar orange construction signs are making their attendance known all over the area, along with traffic tie-ups, holdups and detours. It would not quite be summer without them.
Towns' public works departments would be now busy replacing bridges, repaving roads, land clearing and constructing sidewalks, along with repairing culverts and roads damaged by the April floods.
