A pre cast safety end culver pipes for use with culverts on road, driveway, and road construction crossings has a base having a depending projection at its outer end and a standing wall at its inner end, and opening in the wall to list with the opening in an adjoining culvert pipe. Standing wings on each side of the base connect with the standing end wall. The side walls taper down wards from the standing end wall to the end of the base. The side walls have out wards sticking out wings on either side to defend erosion and overgrowth of grass.
